If yall think that Im one of these ppl that will only leave reviews you got another thing coming. Ill find a way to get yall attention & it wont be nice. Send my *** order or pay me back a full refund. I do have shipping insurance.

My next step is to get a lawyer involved. Yall not about to scam me!

I ordered four sets of tracksuits from Rockstar I received three intact one that was missing the bottom and that will be the grave set I have not received any communication other than we got your email I need to know what's going to be done

I have been emailing them about my returned items that was mailed back so I can get my store credit to reorder other items before Christmas it was part of my baby Christmas and I have received anything as of yet I have sent emails, messages

I could never get in contact with anyone via email or telephone. I never received the items or my money back.

I placed an order on Nov 28, 2024 with ur company and I have yet to receive order #129**** .. USPS must have lost my order..

I ordered a kid's set, which consisted of a hoodie and jeans, and I also ordered an additional shirt and hat for kids. I received everything but the jeans, and I am having the hardest time getting this taken care of.

This was my second time ordering from them.

My first order was fine, and I wanted to make more orders, but this has really deterred me from doing so. All I want is the pair of jeans for my grandson that I paid for.

I placed the wrong order on Friday and I called them back 2 minutes later to cancel. Whoever emailed me back told me they would cancel my order, but didn't.

So, I got charged for something I didn't want. Please don't shop here!

I placed my order with Rockstar Original on the 20th of December around 1:45 pm roughly. It's now January 3rd, the 10th business day from my original order date. They keep pushing back my delivery date every day, from the 8th now it's stating the 15th of January which is almost a whole calendar month!

Just coming back to tell the PC community about Rockstar Original. Although they responded super late I was able to manifest a full refund.

But by no help on their behalf. If it werent for me contacting my bank for them to dispute the order Id probably still be waiting on that package.

Id suggest to anyone about to shop there, dont. It isnt worth the hassle & if youre one of those ppl who dont think it can happen to u well Ill see a review from u here soon enough.

I took it out the plastic and tried it on and notice it had a stain I was wondering how could we fix this

I ordered 3 tracksuits and 2 long sleeve shirts. One of the suits is the same material you would buy from Shein super cheap.

The hoodie is like a children's small. One of the long sleeves did not come w/ tags and was dirty/dusty. I emailed for an exchange, and they don't do exchange but only charge for a return for store credit. I spent $195, and it was not worth it at all.

The long sleeves are SUPER thin you can see right through it.

I would never purchase from here again. Save your money!

I set up an account with you all and created one account on my phone. For some reason, it didn't go through.

Then, I made another account using two different addresses. But my text message says my items are on the way. When I look on the website, however, it says 'cancelled'. I used my card, so if it's cancelled, can I get a refund?

I would like to resolve this issue as I still want the items I purchased. Please help.
