I've been waiting since November 23 for my order. This company is so slow; they don't answer nor reply to emails.
They don't update you on where your order is. The app doesn't show you anything; you can't track anything. I'm very annoyed because I needed this before Christmas, and that is in 5 days.
It should never take this long for a package. Very disappointing.

I ordered 15 pieces. It's being tracked on Shop.
When I go to my Rockstar account on your website, it's saying 10 items. No, no, no!!! I ordered 15 pieces for $465.60, and I expect the 15 pieces I ordered for my daughter. None of them were sold out.
I should expect nothing less. If so, there should be a refund for the 5 items you are attempting to not recognize in my account!

My son's birthday is coming up in a week or two. I decided to order some things off of their website, all clearance items, which is my choice. Only for the next day, my order got canceled for suspicious activity.
How??? IDK
I ordered the products with my card with my name on it, and it should have been no problem.
Now I'm feeling like they took my card information and then canceled my order. That's suspicious.

I ordered December 2. I haven't heard anything.
Everything has been automatic from their email. No live person. I just want a refund or real tracking information. They sent me tracking but say I can't track it yet.
It's been entirely too long for me to be waiting on my order. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
They need to do better because this is my money, but is the bogus tracking information for me? They need to give me a refund.

Websites that I qualified for free shipping customer service said it was a problem with their system and couldn’t honor it
My conversation went well with David, with the exception of the fact that I did not receive free shipping. If I had a company and a customer sent me a screenshot saying that they were eligible for free shipping, I would definitely honor it, as well as fix my system.
It was definitely your mistake, and you chose not to honor the free shipping. This was my first order and it will absolutely be the last order due to your *** customer service. I can only hope your product is better than your customer service rules. I hope it was worth the $9.95 shipping fee to not only lose a customer but to receive a bad review.

Well, I've been trying to get in touch with you guys. I did not get my package.
Amazon sent something to my phone; my package was there and a picture of the door.
That was not my door. I have a Santa Claus on my door, and I have a black door; that was a white door in the picture.
